Our client is looking for an exceptional driven individual who is approachable, caring, and possesses a professional personality. The right candidate will have experience with contracts and or previously worked as a Client/Shire Liaison or Prestart Consultant.The role will primarily involve Contract administration tasks, which encompass tasks such as generating contract quotes based on sales documents, creating addenda and modifications, and assembling contract paperwork, including HIA contracts.To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years of relevant residential experience
