THESE OPPORTUNITIES:
Our Australian based clients are seeking experienced Anaesthetists.

The successful applicant(s) will be responsible for the pre- and peri- operative anaesthetic care of patients and will have input into the management of patients in the HDU as well as emergency situations whilst on duty.

Part of your day will include management of anaesthesia services including active participation in patient safety, clinical audit, investigation and management of adverse clinical incidents and complaints, research, and service planning activities.

Some of these Departments are accredited training facilities, and as such you will be required to supervise and educate registrars, junior medical officers, interns as well as provisional fellows.

ESSENTIAL:

• Eligible for registration with AHPRA
• Registration or eligibility for registration as a specialist in anaesthesia with AHPRA and fellowship in FANZCA.
• Evidence of enrolment and maintenance of ongoing continued medical education.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Demonstrated interest in assisting interns and residents to extend their clinical skills and knowledge.
