As the Analysis and Reporting Advisor, provide expertise in the design and implementation of Analysis and Reporting systems and tools to support QRIDA's performance Analysis and Reporting capability, and to provide in depth performance Analysis and reports that meet internal and external stakeholder requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the Senior Manager Performance Analysis and Reporting undertake performance and operational analysis at a level that provides insights on program costs, program delivery outputs and efficiency, and program impacts for the Executive Leadership Team, and Business Development and Engagement and Program Strategy and delivery functions.
- Develop standards and procedures for line managers in data capture, data use and Reporting using client portals, RAPID 4, and Power BI in partnership with ICT.
- Contribute towards the effective management of the team's resources and information in accordance with QRIDA's governance and policy frameworks, including but not limited to risk management, work health and safety and records management.

The Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority (QRIDA) is a specialist provider of government financial and advisory support to Rural and regional Queensland.
As a statutory body of the Queensland Government we have been helping primary producers and Industry recover from natural disaster, improve sustainability and profitability, make a start in business, and overcome difficult conditions, for more than 20 years.
As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer the State Government's Farm Business Debt Mediation program, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct a biennial Rural Debt Survey, undertake research and provide advice to the Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities.
