Based in our Brisbane Head Office, you will support the analysis and interpretion of global asset finance results and trends, as well as the development of budgets and forecasts. With Thiess, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and contribute to projects that are reshaping asset management through advanced analysis and reporting.Additionally, you will:Assist in analysing asset finance results and trends globally.Aid in preparing budgets and forecasts for regional asset teams, with a focus on capital additions, repair and maintenance (R&M), and disposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.Help in reporting to monitor capital expenditure (capex) and R&M spending against the budget, identifying variances and areas for improvement.Assist in developing monthly and quarterly asset management reports, ensuring data accuracy and providing basic analysisCollaborate with the corporate Finance team to assist in driving system improvements for better alignment between finance reporting tools (e.g. JDE, One Stream, and BI tools).Assist in refining capital and leasing business processes and reporting mechanisms to align with broader business and financial objectives.About YouYour seamless communication, both verbal and written, adds finesse to the flow of ideas and information.
