The Opportunity

Reporting to the IT Tools Manager, this role sits within a close-knit team who are passionate and focussed on delivering technical capabilities to our people and clients.

You will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for DevOps tools, as well as collaborating with diverse stakeholders to streamline IT tools for Insignia Financial Ltd.

You will also oversee and assist with DevOps and Licensed Desktop Tools (Github, Nexus, SonarQube), actively contribute to Tech Tools' Application Migration, manage maintenance, ensure software currency, handle patching, and coordinate disaster recovery. You'll also address service requests, tackle Tools security vulnerabilities, guide mitigation, provide backend support for Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and manage incident responses.

What we look for in a successful candidate:

First and foremost a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a comparable qualification, along with substantial relevant experience in IT, is required. Proficiency in utilizing CI/CD tools, Jira, and Confluence for backend support is essential.

It would be highly beneficial to possess hands-on experience in AWS/Azure environments and a comprehensive grasp of Service Management processes.

Last but not least, effective stakeholder management skills are crucial, and preference will be given to candidates with AWS/Azure Certification.
