This Analyst role is newly created to support their growth through enhancing financial modelling capabilities, with key responsibilities including:
- Evaluating and rebuilding existing models (corporate model, existing acquisition models).
- Simplifying complex existing models, improving usability and meeting requirements for relevant stakeholders.
- Comprehensive data analysis, validating assumptions, market trends, and delivering informed business insights.
- Business engagement with internal & external industry experts, finance professionals, and operations teams to understand needs for model development.
- Developing collaborative relationships with senior leaders in respect to ad-hoc challenges and opportunities that require analysis.
- Adhoc modelling support for management (asset level and group/fund).
Ideally, the successful candidate will bring circa 5 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, with experience in a relevant real assets business (infrastructure, agribusiness, supply chain) or professional services highly beneficial (valuations, modelling). Tertiary studies in Finance, Economics, or related are also required.
