Analyst (Graduate) - Public Policy and Strategy

We are a small company and plan to stay that way, building to our ideal team size of fifteen - small enough to stay flat and flexible but large enough to think big in the work that we do.

You will conduct research and analyse information to assist with client liaison and preparation of deliverables for client projects. 

• Work with colleagues to gather information and requirements from clients and facilitate consultation processes 
• Analyse primary and secondary information sources to inform hypotheses and recommendations 
• Plan for and manage your time to support colleagues and timely, high quality client deliverables 
• Identify gaps and find solutions in collaboration with colleagues 
• Assist with preparation of detailed reports, supported by evidence for conclusions and recommendations 
• Assist with the implementation of new approaches and business processes 
• Apply H4 Consulting proprietary methodologies, tools and solutions. 

• Client-focus and commitment to creating public value 
• An interest in Public Policy and Strategy 
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems 
• Organisational skills and the ability to plan for and meet deadlines 
• Tact, discretion and commitment to client confidentiality 
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
