Our client is a house hold Australian brand taking on a large CX transformation to improve customer experience and looking for a Policy Analyst to re-write a number of manuals and policies to better serve the internal customer support teams and self-service for their customers through their online chat features and mobile app.
We are looking for an experienced Policy Analyst that is a critical thinker, excellent communicator and customer focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on relevant policy issues.
- Develop policy briefs, reports, and recommendations based on research findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, advocacy groups, and subject matter experts.
- Re-write internal manuals and policies.
- Provide strategic guidance on policy implementation and advocacy efforts.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and workshops to represent the organization's policy positions.
- Proven experience in policy analysis, with a background in copy writting, research, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with policy analysis tools and methodologies.

- Initial 6 Month Contract with possibility of extension
- 3 days a week from office, 2 days a week WFH
- $600 - $650/day including Superannuation
