The Role:
An exciting new position has been created, you'll play a key role alongside our People Services Team. Reporting to the Head of People Services, you will take accountability of our people data, reporting and HRIS system testing, this position is offered on a part time basis.
Responsibilities:
Review employee data to ensure accuracy and integrity to ensure data is as per contractual and legislative requirements
Provide regular and ad hoc people related reports.
Develop and maintain self-service dashboards relating to people metrics
Create and maintain reports in HRIS platforms including SuccessFactors and Spinifex Easy Reporter
Provide support and insights to the People and Culture teams on people related data and queries
Participate in HRIS testing for process and technology updates, identifying and resolving defects and ensuring data integrity.
Prepare external reporting submissions
About You:
Prior experience in an Analyst role in a HR or People related team or similar
High level of competence with Microsoft suite specifically Excel
Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work autonomously to meet agreed deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and foster working relationships
Beneficial Experience:
Experience using SuccessFactors including Reporting and People Analytics
Experience using Spinifex Easy Reporter
Experience using PowerBI
Knowledge and understanding of HR data components
Tertiary qualification or similar in HR or Data Analytics
