Analyst Programmer / Software Engineer - Digital Solutions

Due to business growth, we are keen to engage talented Analyst Programmer who is innovative thinkers, team player, and eager to continue learning latest technologies.
In this highly visible role you will be collaborating closely with subject matter experts, other project team members and product owners whilst delivering the design, development, testing and implementation of digital applications.
Key aspects of the role include:

• Consult with customers to determine, analyse and evaluate their specific business requirements
• Contribute to the design and development of high-quality solutions to meet clients' needs
• Provide guidance, coaching and advice to junior consultants
• Arrange and facilitate presentations, testing and demonstrations in solution offerings
• Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully complete solution implementation
• Identify and provide recommendations for enhancements across applications, performance and/or quality

• Sound software and solution design skills
• Ability to scope and plan development efforts
• Desire to make a difference and influence outcomes and ideas
• Be a critical thinker and problem solver
• Be a fast learner and adaptable to change
• Willingness to learn new technology platforms like Outsystems, RPA, AI and others
• Solid background in application development across digital (web & mobile) and enterprise solutions
• Ability to multitask and work on internal and client digital projects
• Web development experience with front end technologies such as: HTML/CSS/JS
• Experience with one or more of the backend server frameworks: .Net Core, C#/ASP.Net, PHP, Java, NodeJS
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with Oracle or MS SQL
• Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
