As an experienced Senior Reward Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the remuneration and benefits framework, preparing survey submissions, analysing market data for valuable insights, coordinating the job classification framework, as well as coordinating the end of year salary review process. About the role Based at Head Office, near Perth Airport, on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people. Full time office-based hours, Monday to Friday.
