In this position you will be a member of the Research Information Systems support team providing project and operational analyst and development support:
- Be part of a small project team focused on implementing new systems and technologies to improve efficiencies and experience across the research lifecycle.
- Taking a customer-centric approach to recording and managing stakeholder needs and expectations for improvement initiatives as well as taking part in communication and change activities.
- Analysing and documenting business processes and structures to ensure a stable foundation of continuous improvement exists.
- Developing and configuring new solutions to meet organisational needs.
- Increasing the transparency of research data and inter-system communication by understanding, developing and implementing data integrations using database and API tools.
