  • Total Remuneration $103,193 to $111,140 pa (including salary of $87,200 to $93,915 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

CQUniversitys Digital Services Directorate is partnering with the Research Division in an exciting initiative to digitally transform our Research experience. In this position you will be a member of the Research Information Systems support team providing project and operational analyst and development support:

  • Be part of a small project team focused on implementing new systems and technologies to improve efficiencies and experience across the research lifecycle.
  • Taking a customer-centric approach to recording and managing stakeholder needs and expectations for improvement initiatives as well as taking part in communication and change activities.
  • Analysing and documenting business processes and structures to ensure a stable foundation of continuous improvement exists.
  • Developing and configuring new solutions to meet organisational needs.
  • Increasing the transparency of research data and inter-system communication by understanding, developing and implementing data integrations using database and API tools.

Position Requirements
  • Education and Knowledge: Relevant degree and experience, or relevant experience.
  • Business expertise and analytical skills: Identify, understand, and recommend improvements to the University's Research business systems and processes.
  • Digital Transformation: Work with people, data and systems to help change the way we work.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex issues and find innovative solutions.
