The role is designed as a strategic partner within an agile framework, responsible for developing and implementing digital and data strategies to enhance the customer experience. As an Analytics & Insights Manager, you will be accountable for primary and secondary research, supporting the Head of Data and Insights. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Understand specific therapeutic area data needs.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving business performance.
- Use predictive and prescriptive analytical models to generate actionable insights and recommendations for different key roles within the organization.
- Support SFE/Sales Operations function by providing execution and performance reporting platforms and analytics, targeting/segmentation, incentive programs, and resource allocation.
- Measure and assess the effectiveness of marketing and cross-channel initiatives in collaboration with BE&E stakeholders and consolidate them into actionable recommendations.
- Identify business questions and propose analytical solutions using primary and secondary research.
- Stay updated on external and internal guidelines for data management to ensure compliance with data governance and requirements.
- Collaborate and build partnerships with teams located in multiple geographies.

- 5-10 years of experience or equivalent achievement.
- Stakeholder management and ability to challenge thoughts and ideas across all levels of leadership.
- Strong business partnership orientation.
- Data synthesis and storytelling.
- Knowledge of key concepts and practices in data governance and data management.
- Hands-on skills in data analytics, including creating and maintaining effective dashboards and conducting exploratory analyses.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qliksense, matplotlib, etc.
