What you’ll be doing:
As an Analytics Specialist your role is to provide insights and analytics for squads, to better understand the members, partners and behaviours to make critical business decisions on program construct, member experiences and partner engagement to drive business value and support the squad OKRs.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have 3+ years experience in an insights analytics role or equivalent, with a focus on driving business outcomes
- Understand the build and design of self-serve reports and dashboards
- Enjoy consulting, influencing and advising key business stakeholders independently including Product and Marketing.
- Have the ability to mine large databases and producing sophisticated analytics, segmentation and targeting
- Are comfortable with using digital analytics to deliver reporting, analyse and attribute conversion, generate insight and optimise digital experiences and campaigns
- Are an expert SQL, Python (or similar) coding ability
- Have Power BI, Tableu (or similar) visualisation software skills with a high level of data literacy and numeracy
- Are someone with a business partnering mindset; a strong and proactive collaborator
- Have highly developed problem-solving skills and understand key analytical concepts including statistical methodology
- Come from a Loyalty program or loyalty marketing experience background (desirable)
- Have experience working in an agile workplace and familiar with agile ceremonies and practices including SCRUM and Kanban (desirable)
