Anytime Fitness Hampton East is on the hunt for a passionate, highly motivated, energetic and genuine Club Manager that wants to use their passion for health and fitness to promote the growth and culture of our members and club.
As a motivated Club Manager, you will work collectively with our team to achieve our vision and goals.
Managers are responsible for completing the day-to-day activities of the club as well as developing strong relationships with current and prospective members encouraging all to live a better and healthier lifestyle. Duties include:
- Membership retention.
- Membership sales with monthly targets to hit.
- Office administration
- Touring perspective members
- Ongoing gym rounds throughout the day which includes general tidying, cleaning, bathroom checks and putting weights away.
- Maintain a positive club culture.
- Monitoring & maintenance of gym equipment.
- Advertising campaigns including updating social media platforms.
- Outreach & community involvement.
- Member engagement.
Ideally you will have:
- A passion for health & fitness.
- A welcoming and bubbly personality.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- You are comfortable approaching strangers
- Making phone enquiries
- Positive and engaging personality
- A focus on friendly customer service
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to show initiative.
- Current First Aid Certificate, Police Check, Approved Working with Minors.
The following experience is desirable:
- Club Management experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service/sales-based target role
- Qualifications – cert 3 and/or 4 in the Health and Fitness industry
