As our Assistant Manager along with assisting your manager, you will be required to.
- Member Retention: member management and implementing strategies to keep members engaged
- New membership: following sales processes to convert prospect inquiries into membership sales.
- Follow up inbound sales queries via email, phone, CRM database & social media
- Customer service activities including responding to member queries and genuine service calls.
- Lead and inspire team members to achieve their goals and KPI's.
- Tidying the floor and maintaining the club standards as well as spending general floor time talking to members and creating a friendly community-based environment.
- Work with the PT team and retention team to Create video & photo content for the Social Media pages such as fitness tips, health tips, training & technique guides & update our social media page.
Personal Training Opportunity:
Do you have personal trainer qualifications?
- For qualified personal trainers, there's an opportunity to conduct personal training sessions and lead classes for the right candidate - Cert 3 & 4 certification required
- Work alongside our PT team to ensure amazing member experiences by co-managing the group training and member orientation programs
The role is a casual role with varying availability and must have the following:
- First Aid/CPR [ability to get one]
- Able to satisfy a Working with Children’s Check & Police Record checks
- Minimum Certificate 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
- Applicants must be available to work a minimum of up to 20 hours per week.
