We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Co-Club Manager to join the team at Anytime Fitness Watergardens.
As a Co-Club Manager, you will be responsible for driving key business metrics, maintaining the facility to the highest standards, and creating a welcoming environment for members. This challenging and rewarding position requires a passion for fitness, excellent leadership, sales skills, and strong business acumen.
This role demands a passionate, committed, and driven individual to lead the team and take ownership of the facility. You will be responsible for managing all facets of the business daily, with a team of staff under you to help drive the business forward, while being extremely "hands-on."
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Outreach
- Conduct call drives, appointments, tours, and sell memberships
- Meet KPIs and sales targets
- Market and promote through multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, and Campaign managers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues timely and professionally
- Maintain the facility to the highest standards, including cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
- Engage in member retention activities and member engagement
- Manage casual employees and contract Personal Trainers
- Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in managing gyms of similar or larger size

Essential Qualifications:
- Target-driven and results-oriented with a passion for business performance

- Proven management or sales experience within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle member complaints effectively
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive gym culture
- Extensive knowledge of health and fitness, whether professionally or personally
- Proven work ethic
Highly Desirable:
- Prior experience working in Anytime Fitness Clubs in sales and/or management
- Tertiary level education
