About the role
We are looking for a big personality to lead our Amazing New Club to new heights! As our Club Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring the effective overall management of the club.
If the club grows, so does your income.
As the Manager you will smash targets as well as maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.
*note - this is a strongly admin based role.
About you
Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Passion for the industry and changing people’s lives
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- Sales and marketing experience, and a passion for hitting targets
- A drive to excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
