Join a successful sales team with a strong history in the industry, that is evolving for growth within our wider business. We are seeking a National Sales Manager that is wanting to be part of driving the future direction and success of Designs for Vision and Paragon Care.
Reporting into the Eyecare General Manager, you’ll play a strategic role leading the sales team (with Regional Sales Managers as direct reports) responsible for the sales and profitability targets across Australia and New Zealand in the Diagnostic product portfolio. This role is integral in driving our aspirations of being a leading distributor of Ophthalmic and Optometry devices and equipment, and will see you contribute to the strategic direction, execution of marketing strategy and leadership of the Eyecare business.
- Leadership, development and management of Regional Sales Managers and Business Managers
- Establish and deliver on sales targets to meet company goals and growth aspirations.
- Conduct regular review and analysis of critical sales and business performance data to proactively identify opportunities, take corrective action and ensure business and sales objectives are met and exceeded.
- Partner with peers and colleagues in core support functions such as marketing, finance, supply chain, service and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of customer expectations.
