Varying Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing high level customer service via phone, live chat and face to face
- Handle complex customer enquiries and conflict resolution
- Assisting over a range communication channels - predominantly call centre but email and web chat
- Assist in processing enrolments
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Liaise with business owners & other external stakeholders who may be looking to employ apprentices
- Assisting the Operations Manager to improve the efficiency of facilities
- Previous high volume customer service experience
- Contact Centre experience is an advantage but not required to apply
- Administration experience
- High Level communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly
- Access to own vehicle to travel between locations
This position is remunerated at $41.38/hr + super working approximately 36.25 - 38hrs per week.
