Full Time Temp - Acacia RidgeVocational EducationImmediate startOur client, a vocational education leader is seeking customer service professionals to work in their Trade Specialist sector. There are multiple positions available across various teams including Contact Centre, administration and operations/business support. The positions are based at Acacia Ridge but you may be required to travel between other Southside locations pending business needs.Varying Responsibilities May Include:Providing high level customer service via phone, live chat and face to faceHandle complex customer enquiries and conflict resolutionAssisting over a range communication channels - predominantly call centre but email and web chat Assist in processing enrolmentsAd hoc administration duties Liaise with business owners & other external stakeholders who may be looking to employ apprenticesAssisting the Operations Manager to improve the efficiency of facilitiesSuccessful Candidates will have:Previous high volume customer service experienceContact Centre experience is an advantage but not required to applyAdministration experienceHigh Level communication skillsAbility to navigate multiple systemsAbility to learn large amounts of information quickly Access to own vehicle to travel between locationsThese positions are temporary casual opportunities available to commence ASAP for training. The positions vary in length depending on the duties from 1 month – 3 months based on business needs and performance.
