The Role:
Join us if you are an adept administrator with a knack for quick adaptability, effective communication, and meticulous independent work. Your role will encompass:
- Creating purchase orders, maintaining master data, and processing payment of invoices for day-to-day accounts payable functions
- Assisting with departmental fleet requirements including vehicle ordering and returns, servicing, insurance claims, fuel and EV card maintenance, lease reviews, and extensions
- Performing various financial and business operations tasks as needed to support the broader team functions
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new tasks quickly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Proven track record of independent work and effective task management
- Understanding of accounts payable procedures and financial management principles
- Experience in fleet management or related administrative roles
