Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government Construction business with projects across Commercial and Residential building and maintenance. Due to recent growth and success our client is looking to appoint an experienced Business Support Officer to support the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative support to the Regional Management Team and Regional Director
- Coordinate correspondence for the Regional Director including requests from Senior Leadership, other Regions etc
- Coordinate responses for Government Champion visits
- Compile responses for QGIF (insurance claims), Request for Information (RFI’s)
- Record minutes for Regional Management Team meetings, Toolbox meetings and various other meetings as required
- Entry of compliments and coordination of responses for complaints
- Compiling of conflict-of-interest documents
- Coordinate uniform orders for field staff
- Confidentiality and discretion required
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills are mandatory. Visio would also be an advantage
- Sound typing skills with good accuracy
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Able to communicate with executive level staff including Directors
- Ability to work under pressure to meet timeframes
