Randstad is currently recruiting for AO3 Service Officers for a role with Queensland State Government based in Southport. The role will see you assisting Queensland residents with debts and payments to ensure a positive outcome for all.
Key duties:
- Proactively supporting clients to recover debts
- Providing helpful advice and consistent information/education to clients
- Interpret relevant legislation to make sound decisions
- Negotiate appropriate actions to recover outstanding and finalising debts
- Provide excellent service at all times in line with procedures
Skills/experience required:
- Previous contact centre experience highly advantageous
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to give complex information in a digestible format
- Able to work on rotating shifts Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm
- Can undergo a criminal history check to be successful for the role
