We are looking for an Administrative/Bookkeeping Assistant for our Bibra Lake Head Office with Accounts Payable knowledge and Bookkeeping background, approximately 30-38 hours per week.
Duties
- A/P and some A/R duties
- Bookkeeping assistance
- General Office Admin
- Purchase order and freight review
Requirements
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication and team work skills
We can offer flexible working hours for the right candidate of 4-5 days per week.
