About The Opportunity

As a AP/AR Officer with our client, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently applying payments using Xero accounting software and iMIS CRM
• Executing End of Month General Ledger journals and reconciliations
• Following up with debtors to ensure timely payments
• Processing supplier invoices and payments
• Conducting bank reconciliations
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a AP/AR or relevant role
• Qualification in Accounting or relevant field (preferred but not necessary)
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software or similar and CRM systems
• A strong understanding of financial and accounting functions
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
