Accounts Officer (Ap/Ar)

A part time/perm role based in Dandenong Sth . 3 days in the office with very flexible hours to match your work life balance. $70,000 + Super pro rata

Our client are a multinational business with their Australian head office based in Dandenong South. Due to internal promotion they are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Officer to work on-site 3 days per week, they offer flexible start and finish time. The successful applicant with have strong AP/AR & Customer Service skills with a penchant to learn new systems and have a good grasp of ERPs. For your experience & professionalism, you will be treated to working with a small close knit finance team, reporting to a supportive and very impressive Financial Controller.
THE ROLE:

• Full Function Accounts Receivable (standalone)
• Full Function Accounts Payable (standalone)
• Bank Reconciliations
• Processing of general receivables
• Receipting of payments, daily returns and refunds
• Raising invoices and ensuring correct revenue recognition
• FOREX related duties
• Ad-hoc finance team support duties
• Invoice data entry
• General administration responsibilities
• Back up customer service duties

The successful applicant will have/be;

• Experienced in Accounts Payable (full function)
• Experienced in Accounts Receivable (end to end)
• Great customer service skills
• Strong reconciliations experience
• Month-end experienced
• Strong attention to detail
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• A positive and professional team player
• Full Australian work rights
