Job Description:
- Interact and communicate with client’s Technical SPOC
- Analysis and Effort Estimation for change requests, if any.
- Translate business requirements into systems qualities and then into design strategies and patterns that enable those qualities (e.g. adaptability, scalability, availability, reusability, etc.).
- Defines the IT design methodology, development process methodology and best practices.
- Help client, HCL development team to solve technical hurdles that are in scope
- Extensive Hands on Experience on Appian 20+
- Hands on experience for Appian Solution Design, process Design, Architecture and Cluster Design. Experience in J2EE architecture, PRPC Multi-node architecture, JVM, PRPC Caching, Session Management, etc are added advantage
- Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g. architecture reviews)
- Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g. solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans)
- Assist With troubleshooting and Debugging of Complex Systems: must be able to clearly identify root causes of production level architecture issues and make practical suggestions with proof-based technical reasoning
- Review the work of team, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, UI standards and Corporate standards
- Able to take up user story delivery also.
