The Application Administrator will also ensure the implementation and maintenance of key business systems meet the organisation’s needs.Salary range: $92,678 - $97,307 per annum + superannuation.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provide application administration and functional support to key business systems such as Clarity PPM, Oracle EBS, DocuSign and Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop and maintain system and application configuration.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain training manuals in line with the defined business processes and procedures.
  • Deliver training and host information sessions including inductions and ad-hoc training for information systems, software and services in line with defined business processes and procedures.
  • Assist with the evaluation, planning, executing, testing and implementing desktop hardware or software upgrades and voice communication technologies as required
  • Perform routine auditing, monitoring and testing to maintain information system performance and identify system issues.
  • Assisting in the development, refining and documenting of knowledge, processes and procedures as they relate to the items above.
  • Provision of coverage as part of the ICT Team to ensure effective integration, implementation and support of systems.
About you:To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Demonstrated experience in development, delivery and continuous improvement processes.
  • Proven work experience in ICT focussing on applications support, administration and training and a strong understanding of Windows Operating systems, desktop software and hardware and SOE employments
  • Experience delivering ICT related training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess complex business needs and translate them into relevant digital solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills enabling competent engagement and collaboration with an all-inclusive and diverse range of individuals.
  • High level of computer literacy with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Deliver an exemplary standard of customer service inclusive of proactive approaches to problem solving.
  • It is highly desirable for this position to have knowledge and experience in the administration and training of:
  • a core business system or ERP solution.
  • Broadcom’s Clarity PPM system or other project management system
  • Microsoft 365 suite of products
