About the RoleAs the
Application Specialist Administrator, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding support for our CFA applications (M365, LMS, SAP). You'll be pivotal in guaranteeing the seamless operation, optimisation and user satisfaction of these systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting, configuring and customising these applications will be critical in supporting various functions such as volunteer management, community engagement, finance and workforce productivity.As the primary technical contact for CFA applications (M365, LMS, SAP), key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
- Providing end-user support,
- Collaborating with teams to identify business needs,
- Customising and configuring applications,
- Coordinating upgrades and integrations,
- Conducting testing,
- Developing training materials,
- Staying updated on technology trends,
- Collaborating with vendors,
- Providing project guidance and leading BAU projects.
About YouOur ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in supporting and administering CFA applications (M365, LMS, SAP) within a business environment.
- Knowledge or certification ofCFA applications (M365, LMS, SAP) , including configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
