We are looking for a BT Application Specialist
Mwill be responsible for post-implementation support and solution enhancements for the business processes and application solution of product traceability from production, packaging to end consumer delivery with QR code technology, as well as provide support to MRP (Oracle Netsuite) project. This is an on-site role based at our Head Office in Clayton, with the ability to work 1 day from home. This role is a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.
Key outcomes of the role include:
- Conduct end-to-end business process, system solution and data flow review for the existing product traceability solution; prepare or update business/system processes and configuration documents.
- Conduct product master data model and maintenance process review.
- Identify areas of improvement based on issues reported and current process and solution review with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Technology team and solution/service partners to enhance the solution from application/integration design, development, testing and deployment for solution enhancements.
- Responsible to prepare product master data maintenance user guide.
- Responsible for product master data maintenance in applications, and manage the transition of the maintenance process to the responsible business department.
- Provide applications and business processes support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide support to ERP Application Team Leader on tasks related to MRP implementation.
As the successful candidate, you will have;
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of solid experience in business applications in manufacturing and supply chain domains
- Must be Mandarin speaking, working closely with our parent company in China.
- Experience across FMCG, retail, wholesale or similar industries preferred
- Solid experience in business analysis and managing medium scale of ERP implementation. Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.
- Understanding on business application data model, especially on product master, work order, inventory, orders and shipment.
- Agility, flexibility, supportive, resilience and work independently to perform tasks to accomplish project objectives and support needs.
- Passionate on resolving business problem through business processes, data and technologies.
