Detailed Job description: -

• Experience Range – 8 – 12 years
• Strong Identity & Access Management Domain Experience
• Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, and recovers from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis, and executes the standard Problem Management process.
• Implementation of Okta along with configuration with multiple on-premises and cloud-based application for user provisioning and Single Sign On.
• Improving risk and security posture of organizations through Azure AD.
• Migration of applications from OIM to Azure AD.
• Interacts directly with internal customers while maintaining the highest degree of customer service.
• Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate. 
• Maintains issue and resolution information within the service desk database. 
• Maintains in-depth knowledge and understanding of the solution architecture. Contributes to and maintains the base of EIAM knowledge through documenting and updating internal procedures and technical specifications, such as architectural diagrams, design documents, and process-related materials for OIM, Okta, OAM, Azure AD application.
• Evaluates, tests, and installs patches in multiple environments (development, QA, production) 
• Assists in disaster recovery/business continuity tests and documentation.
• Experienced and hands-on with Java/J2EE & Web services development 
• Experienced in development of custom adapters, process tasks, schedulers and connectors. 
• Experienced in developing OIM 11g R2 / 12c plugins and event handlers, for enhancing OIM functionality.
• Experienced in performing OIM package/Patch deployment, T2P migration of packages.
• Working knowledge of SQL on Oracle Database 11g
• Provides maintenance support of the EIAM request catalog, roles, and rules.
• Support Access Provisioning and certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Maintains relevant skills through education and training opportunities and programs and stays current with industry trends Qualifications.
• WebLogic Managed Server, SOA Administration, along with workflow development.
• In depth LDAP knowledge (AD preferred) 
• Linux system administration, database administration, along with Shell scripting knowledge
• Installation configuration and extension of the Out of the Box connectors, SNC Reconfiguration for SAP connectors
