AddressApplication Support Analyst - 6 month rolling contract
* $500-550 p/d inc super
* Hybrid role, wfh 2/3 days per week
TheDriveGroup are partnering will a well known business who are looking to add an additional Application support analyst who will be responsible for investigating application issues and diagnosing the root causes whilst minimising service disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement regular system upgrades
- Determine the root cause of issues & address the issues
- Respond to the issues and create tickets and escalate to next level support /high priority incidents team if required
- Configuring and managing alerts across all business systems
- Provide technical Support via ITSM tooling
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in application development or software development is good to have
- Experience with logging, monitoring and auditing technologies such as Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics, Splunk Observability
- SQL queries (mySQL, SQL)
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in CI/CD -comfortable with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins
- Familiarity developing with AWS services stack - good to have
