Application Support Analyst

• 5-week contract role with possible extension.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:You will be assisting in monitoring the Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) processes in the Treasury System, Calypso and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that arise during the processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Start of Day processes: Ensure that the Market Data Server is up and running. Reach out to vendor if there are any issues.
• End of Day processes include:
• End of Day _RATES_SNAP chain / tasks. Reach out to relevant stakeholder, should the chain/tasks fail.
• Ensure that the End of Day chain completes before the End of Day reporting chains kick off.
• Ensure that all reporting chains have kicked off prior to logging off chain completion.

Hours for SOD: 6:45 - 8:15 Sydney Time

Hours for EOD: 18:00 - 23:00 Sydney Time
