About the role
The role of Application Support Analyst (ASA) is to undertake support for the Navitas’ corporate IT environment, its propriety applications and surrounding components. We are flexible on an Australian based work location that aligns with our Global Support Team.
The ASA will take primary responsibility for providing quality support to existing users, whilst assisting project teams in supporting new users of Group Application products during implementations. The ASA will first-and-foremost provide quality customer service and will handle incoming support requests via the Service Desk. Support requests may require troubleshooting, training or escalation but the ASA will own and maintain the relationship with the customer throughout to ensure a consistent user experience.
This is a parental leave relief position for approximately 8 months from mid July 2024. We are flexible on work location within Australia.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
Essential:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and other members of IT
- Previous experience in an Application Support capacity
- Ability to assess reported incidents and either provide a resolution or track them through to successful solution by escalating to the appropriate resource
- Ability to work as part of a global IT team, with outstanding communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and product support experience with enterprise-level applications
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Education sector
- Student Management System exposure
- Admissions process experience
- Familiar with modern Learning and Teaching administration processes, e.g. timetabling
