About the role
The primary responsibility of the Application Support Engineer is to support data and integration solutions across the Microsoft platform. This will include contributing to cloud computing solutions on Microsoft Azure and troubleshooting technical issues collaboratively with the team.
Your experience
You have a degree in IT or computer science with a focus on data and integration solutions. Additionally, you are familiar with coding languages such as .NET Framework, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server and have hands-on experience in designing databases for efficient data integration.
Ideally, you have a basic understanding of or experience with:
- A code management tool such as Azure DevOp
- Cloud computing principals
- Remote access technologies such Microsoft RDP
- PC networking principles
…but most importantly, you have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
About you
You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and can explain technical solutions and concepts in a clear and uncomplicated way.
A strong team player, you display a collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams.
You are an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a commonsense approach to solving problems and finding solutions.
Always looking for new challenges, you have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn new skills.
