In other words, it is for the good of the customer, each other, and the community.Position SummaryAs Injury Support Officer you will have the responsibility of supporting the Injury Management & Workers Compensation Manager and Injury Support team across the Harris Farm Markets Safety platform with a primary focus on managing workers compensation claims & early intervention program referrals (employee injuries), as well as public liability claims (customer injuries).Responsibilities· Build positive stakeholder relationships.· Delivers FRESH Customer Service Standards when dealing with all customers: Friendly, Responsive, Efficient, Safe and Hassle-Free.· Demonstrates a fair, ethical, collaborative, and responsive approach.· Ensure early contact and support for employees and customers following an injury.· Assist injured employees and customers with early intervention support and injury management following an injury.· Complete Early Intervention Program referrals to HFM EIP provider and monitor progress.· Assist in the compilation of all initial claim information including the notification of injured employee and customer incidents to key stakeholders.· Ongoing liaison with insurers, providers and other relevant internal / external stakeholders regarding employee and customer injuries.· Ensure Claim Lodgments (for workers compensation injuries) and Injury Notifications to relevant parties in a timely and compliant manner.· Assist in the Coordination of the injured employee's recovery at work, including the identification of suitable duties as and where possible.· Prepare and review injured employee's recover at work plans.· Keeping confidential case notes and records in line with the appropriate legal guidelines i.e. Workers compensation.· Assist with the completion of the weekly payroll report to ensure wages are paid to injured employees appropriately.· Implementing the Harris Farm Markets RTW program.· Assist with the upkeep of injury and recover at work statistics.· Assist with the compilation of data for reporting e.g., monthly board reporting.· Support training initiatives and communication campaigns including Toolbox talks among others.Skills Required· SIRA RTW Coordinator Accreditation / WorkSafe Qld RRTWC Accreditation· Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.· Can demonstrate that they are aligned with our beliefs.· Effective communication skills.· Accuracy and attention to retail.· Organised and good time management skills.
