This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including configuration, maintenance, and access management of Microsoft 365 services. Proficiency in Dynamics and the Power Automate application is particularly valuable as it empowers the individual to design, automate, and refine business processes efficiently. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in harnessing the full potential of these tools to boost productivity, streamline operations, and foster innovation.Reporting to and under the guidance of the Knowledge Manager, you will support the utilisation of Dynamics, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint and other M365 applications used by Hostplus. You will collaborate with the Business Automation Lead is integral and provide support for applications utilised across the organisation.Key responsibilities:
- Support staff in utilising applications and resolving problems as they arise.
- Provision and review access to M365 applications at Hostplus
- Assist in streamlining business operations using Power Automate
- Assist in overseeing the Microsoft Teams application as a Teams Administrator
- Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics while collaborating with our third-party suppliers to improve system use, educate users, and bringing the system to life
- Offer technical guidance while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Technology Team's strategic objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and methodologies concerning M365 applications
- You are proficient in the use and administration of applications within the M365 suite
- You have expert knowledge of Power Automate and PowerApps
- You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly
- Strong ability to think creatively to devise customisations and uses for all M365 applications
- Strong knowledge of software development industry and experience in delivering user-centric solutions using the M365 product suite.

- Able to translate technical jargon into simple terms for explanatory purposes
