$ 95,393.00 to $ 100,067.00 pro rata, per annum - plus 11.0 % Superannuation

Period of employment / Hours:

Permanent full-time commencing from 22 April 2024 (76.00 hours per fortnight) day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation)

Homes Tasmania - Information and Technology Management Services – Applications Services – South

Duties:

Primary Purpose / Focus :

  • Coordinate and lead the provision of an applications level 1 support service.
  • Coordinate and participate in the provision of an applications education and training program that builds organisational capability in the use of its information technology toolset and applications.
  • Contribute to the building of an inclusive team through change that together with all ITMS teams also builds a collaborative business unit that enables Homes Tasmania achieve its stated objectives.
  • Contribute to Homes Tasmania’s digital operating environment being fit for purpose.

Skills and experience :

Selection criteria includes:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in the administration and support of applications and its digital operating environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and/or delivery of workplace technology-based training.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills to analyse complex information and technology-related issues, with the ability to identify reasonable options for action and make recommendations.
  • Note : - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for ALL the selection criteria of this position.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Working towards or successful completion of qualifications, and/or experience relevant to the role such as –

    • Certificate IV qualification in Training and Assessment
    • Certificate IV qualification in Information Technology

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Tasmanian Working with Children (Vulnerable People) Registration (Employment type)
  • Identification check
  • Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
