Who will you be working with?

Launched in 2012 to address an unmet financial need, this initiative focuses on providing first mortgage-backed funding for high-quality property transactions outside the scope of conventional bank policies. Operating out of Sydney, NSW, it extends lending services to major metropolitan centers nationwide, with operational teams in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
Client acquisition involves direct outreach and collaboration with a network of over 10,000 mortgage brokers, finance brokers, lawyers, accountants, real estate agents, and affiliated professionals.
They currently seeking a new team member for an outbound sales and client engagement based role, working with their dynamic team to grow the business. They are after someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, with amazing communication and interpersonal skills!

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Make outbound calls to secure new enquiries and appointments, discussing clients offering.
  • Conduct broker engagement calls, create engagement and foster a response to get a BDM to meet with the broker and their team
  • Focus on a combination of maintaining the existing B2B database as well as building the referral network through direct sales.
  • Report all activities in CRM to ensure database is developed and maintained and management reports can be made readily available.
We are looking for someone with:
  • Experience in a call center, sales or customer service – We want a great attitude, friendly and engaging
  • Maintain excellent customer service with a high-attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment
  • A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously
