Great opportunity to join a large NSW government organisation in a fun team environment on a 11 month contract. This role will be in the Ultimo or Wollongong.
About the Role
- Provide high quality generalist service as the first point of contact for the contact centre customers.
- Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledge to transfer customers to appropriate contact centre specialists in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions across all interaction channels.
- Support contact centre activities and transactions processes including use of office technology, information and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Looking for candidates with 2 - 3 years Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to obtain a working with children check
- 5th largest supplier to the NSW Government
