As a nationally recognised financial services company located in Southport, we are experiencing exponential growth and are now expanding our Lead Generation Department.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part by contacting potential clients to arrange appointments with our Consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively schedule appointments, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of what to expect during their consultation.
At Wealth Hub Australia, we specialise in mortgage reduction, tax minimisation, and retirement planning, serving clients typically aged between 35 and 55. Thus, your ability to communicate effectively with this demographic is essential.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:
- Prior experience in appointment setting, preferably within the finance or real estate industry
- Exceptional active listening skills and a genuine passion for assisting individuals
- Excellent oral English communication skills
- A dedication to meeting both company and personal KPIs
- A confident and outgoing personality, complemented by strong client objection handling abilities
- A highly professional telephone manner
