Beppe is a charming neighbourhood restaurant located in Daylesford, close to nearby towns Castlemaine and Ballarat in Regional Victoria.
We work with amazing local produce as well as fabulous ingredients from Italy to deliver a delicious and ever evolving menu of Italian cuisine.
Two kitchens work alongside each other, one team of chefs responsible to cook the wood-fired oven pizza menu, the other delivers the rest of the menu including pasta, salads and desserts.
The pizza chef team are responsible for preparing dough and toppings, as well as hand-stretching dough, preparing pizzas to order, and cooking in a Kuma Forni rotating wood-fired oven.
Our team operate a 4-day afternoon-evening roster, the restaurant is closed Monday - Wednesday.
Beppe is a busy restaurant with great reviews, often booked-out every night, and also a strong takeaway trade. A beautiful location on a leafy corner in the 'Paris end of town' of Daylesford.
• Apprentice position working in a variety of stations in a high volume kitchen environment.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation of meals and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
• Manageable hours with 4-day roster (3-day weekend, every week!)
• Above Restaurant Industry Award rates
