Position Details:
- Role:Apprentice Chef
- Location: Alfie's Italian, New Lambton NSW
- Working Hours: Wednesday to Saturday (Dinner), Friday/Saturday (Lunch)
- Experience Level: Open to all-year apprentices
- Remuneration: Award rates
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our skilled chefs
- Learn and apply culinary techniques to maintain our high standards of quality
- Contribute to menu development and creativity in dish presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Requirements:
- Passion for food and eagerness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enrolled or willing to enrol in Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
