The Role  

This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;  

• Prepare cooking ingredients by measuring, washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
• Assist the chef in all the food service operations and day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
• Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by keeping stations clean, washing dishes, sanitising surfaces and taking out garbage.
• Follow the prep list created to plan duties.

What are we looking for? 

Our ideal candidate will have the following; 

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure maintaining high standards
• Passion for food and good understanding of food presentation and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team is vital.
