Popular venue specialising in quality Tapas delights all made in-house, work directly under several highly qualified Chefs and be a part of an experienced & close-knit team. 

Duties may include, but not limited to:

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for our customers, in accordance with our menu and recipes.
• Learn how to manage the kitchen, including stock control, ordering, and food preparation schedules.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
• Learn to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
• Any other tasks requested by the host employer

Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:

• Have a real passion for food
• Be eligible to complete an apprenticeship
• Demonstrate a great attitude and willingness to work
• Be motivated with a positive attitude
• Be reliable, punctual and able to demonstrate initiative
• Be well presented
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Problem solving capabilities
• Work well under pressure and able to demonstrate resilience
• Must be able to demonstrate suitable and reliable transport to/from venue for all shifts.
