About us
We are a family-run business with the owners both Chefs from Italy and have been on the coast running business for some time now. We take pride in our work and we know the importance of looking after our staff. Teamwork is of the upmost importance to us and we try to provide a good working environment for our staff, treating them with respect and appreciation.
Qualifications & experience
- We are happy to take on an Apprentice or someone who has a passion and interest in Italian cooking and traditional pizza making and knows their way around a kitchen. Someone who listens, shows initiative and is a fast learner.
Tasks & responsibilities
- The right candidate will be taken on board to be taught all aspects of Italian cooking, from prep work, learning how to make traditional Italian sauces, traditional Italian desserts and learn how to make traditional pizza and run the pizza section.

- 5 nights a week with Sunday and Monday off. Prep hours are flexible. Work closely with the chefs who are very happy to teach the right candidate. A fast-paced, fun working environment with a great team who enjoy their work and who are always ready to help each other out where necessary.
