Veolia ANZ is seeking an Apprentice Electrician for our Water Treatment Facilities based in the Newcastle 2285 and The Hunter Region. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the electrical trade through a combination of on the job training and classroom instruction while working on critical water infrastructure. As an apprentice, you will learn from highly experienced technicians in a supportive team environment.

- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Study electrical theory, codes, and safety practices specific to water/utilities environments.
- Operate hand and power tools used in industrial electrical work.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and properly secured per plant regulations.
- Developing technician competency enabling you to become a qualified tradesperson.
- Have a genuine interest in the Electrical Trade
- Possess a desire to learn
- Strong math skills
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
