The Role 

• Learn to use a wide range of tools and machinery under the guidance of skilled tradesmen 
• Assist in multiple stages of the production process as required, and in line with building your skillset. This includes preparation of timber, machining, profiling, sanding and detailing, assembly of components, glazing etc. 
• Learn to maintain and repair tools and machinery as necessary 
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area. 
• Collaborate with our skilled team to produce top-notch wood products. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Passion for woodworking and a strong desire to learn. 
• Physical fitness for trade-related tasks. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Ability to follow instructions. 
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
