- Develop engaging content
- Work closely with their Performance Marketing Manager to develop an aligned paid social strategy
- Identify and collaborate with influential individuals
- Provide insights on Social Media engagement metrics
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise content, posting times, and ad creative.
- Manage the content calendars
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal regulations
Content Creation:
- Work closely with their agency experts to create content that makes them more discoverable online
- Perform keyword research and apply optimisation techniques
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least three (3) years of experience in Social Media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms and awareness of content trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Additional skills in graphic design and multimedia are advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of all pertinent social platforms, including data analytics for strategy and reporting purposes.
- Strong aptitude for creative and visual storytelling, with copywriting skills being advantageous.
